When using the term in English, "barista" refers to one who has acquired some level of expertise in the preparation of espresso-based coffee drinks -- Wikipedia.

At Fully Brewed Creative Group, we like to think of ourselves as creative baristas. We're not serving up instant coffee or ordinary ideas. We're a collective group of people who bring various skill sets to the design table.

Ken Hensley ... creative director and an evangelist for great coffee and great design. Ken founded Fully Brewed because he believed that a great idea deserves a presentation that is professional grade. His background includes professional communications, web and graphic design, and campaign strategy. As creative director, he oversees the creative direction of client projects, writes a little code, memorizes Adobe actions, and provides the coffee!
